This location is minutes away from George Washington University, Georgetown University, Dupont Circle, Georgetown, and Foggy Bottom. It is also near the international monetary fund, the World Bank, Watergate, and the Kennedy Center Complex. In terms of Metro access, both Dupont and Foggy Bottom Red Line stations are nearby and convenient. In terms of a little history about the West End neighborhood, its name is a result of the area being the western portion of the original L’Enfant Plan for Washington.
